If you are not happy with your purchase, you must initiate a return within 7 days of the package delivery. Please email us at email@example.com, and we will help you with the return process. If there is an issue with your item, please email us and include photos and a detailed description so we can help resolve the issue. We are confident in our products and we want you to love them as much as we do!
Returned items must be unused, unmodified, with authentic labels and in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of initiating the return process. Returns and exchanges will be assessed. If the items returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept the return, and the items will be sent back to you at your expense. Items that have been personalized may not be returned.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If you decide to return an item, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and for the cost of returning the package to Scent Reflections. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by us. We cannot refund or exchange items lost in transit.
Upon receipt of the returned items, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund (excluding the shipping fees) within 14 business days.
